My family had a similar situation but with a completely different point of view! Our family has been attending Rising Stars for over 10 years. Renee, the Director, has handled our “sensitive” situation with the utmost professionalism, and ALWAYS acted in the best interest of the children. Renee implemented a plan for the center due to the unfortunate safety concerns surrounding the non-custodial parent. This was an especially difficult task, as she would likely not recognize this parent, due to the inadequate parental involvement. Renee also kept me informed and up to date on the payments that she occasionally received from this parent. This enabled me to keep completely accurate financial records. She received a sporadic payment after my youngest child had not been enrolled at the center for over 7 months. Renee went above and beyond to reach out to me, as the sole/primary care giver, to discuss the appropriate handling of the payment. I would like to add that the structure, consistency, and nurturing, as well as the creative learning environment, has had an amazing and lasting impact on my children.
