Booking an appointment is generally easy.
Having office collaborate to complete requirements (documents) is easy.
I may have had one or two times where we had to wait, but other than that, they are punctual.
Their appointment reminders are helpful.
Staff is pretty honest (they are not in the business of flattery) lol - I enjoy the staff's personalities.
They are consistent.
They help when additional medications/medical equipment is needed.
Office could use a little more updating, but that can be left to taste.
